Referred subscribers count toward milestones. Your dashboard includes every order a referred customer places, but the referrer is rewarded once per new customer.

Choose the template
Create a campaign from Viral Loops for Shopify, enter your store URL and click Connect.

Click Install in Shopify to add the Viral Loops app to your store.

Set up your rewards and milestones, then your notifications and widgets.

Use the pages created in your theme, or choose I will create a custom page in Shopify.

Does a friend have to sign up before buying?
No. A purchase through a referral link counts as a referred purchase, even if the friend never joins through the widget.
How are discount codes created?
Automatically, in your Shopify store, when a reward is won. Each code is unique and single-use, and your Viral Loops emails deliver it.
How do I know who referred an order?
Referred buyers are tagged Viral Loops Referred, with a note giving the referrer's email and referral code.
Do repeat orders earn more rewards?
No. Your dashboard counts every order by a referred customer, but the referrer is rewarded once per new customer.
Why aren't my widgets showing?
Usually because the theme's Page section placeholder was removed. Add it back in the Theme Editor.
How much does Viral Loops for Shopify cost?
