How do people move up the waitlist?
By inviting friends. Each friend who joins through a person's referral link moves that person up the list.
Can people see their place on the list?
Yes. The Stat widget shows each person's rank, referral count and pending referrals, on your site or a hosted page.
Can the whole list be public?
Yes. Add the Leaderboard widget and the top of the waitlist is visible to everyone.
Can I bring in people already on my list?
Yes. Add Leads imports a list or adds one person at a time, on every plan.
How big can the waitlist get?
Each plan has a participant limit: 1,000 on Start-up, 5,000 on Plus, 10,000 on Growing and 25,000 on Power. For a larger launch, contact Viral Loops for a quote.
What about fake sign-ups?
Every sign-up is checked and gets a fraud risk: Low, Medium or High. Suspicious ones are flagged for you to review in the dashboard.
