Only participants who join after you connect are synced, and the new-contacts toggle doesn't backfill. A Won deal counts only when the contact is already a participant, matched by email.

    Open Integrations

    In your campaign, go to the Integrations step, choose GoHighLevel and click Connect to GoHighLevel.

    Approve the sub-account

    Approve the sub-account in GoHighLevel, then come back to Viral Loops.

  3. 3

    Pick a tag

    Choose or create the tag participants get, click Connect, then Next and Finish.

  4. 4

    Add a test contact

    Click Add a test contact and search for it in GoHighLevel.

What does Viral Loops send to GoHighLevel?

Each new participant, as a contact in your sub-account with the tag you chose, and their referral code and sharing URL as custom fields. Your form's custom fields go too.

Can GoHighLevel contacts join my referral program?

Yes. Turn on Add new contacts to Viral Loops, and contacts created from then on join with their name and email. To bring in older contacts, import them from your dashboard.

How do Won opportunities count?

Turn on Track Opportunities. When an opportunity is marked Won and the contact is already a participant, it counts as a conversion and the amount becomes its value.

Can I connect two campaigns to one sub-account?

Connect one campaign per sub-account. Otherwise you see a Sub-account conflict, and contacts or Won deals may go to both campaigns. Disconnect other campaigns fixes it.

Should I turn off the Viral Loops emails?

If you email participants from GoHighLevel, yes, so they don't get two.
